CUSAT is the acronym for Covenant University
Scholastic Aptitude Test. It is the University's
screening test and is held once a year before the
beginning of the academic year at designated centres
worldwide.
|
By current regulation, all candidates seeking
100-level admission into any University in Nigeria must sit for the Joint Admission
Matriculation Board's (JAMB) University Matriculation Examination (UME). While sitting
for the UME is necessary, it is not sufficient for
gaining admission into Covenant
University.
|
CUSAT is an annual test and, as such, needs
to be taken only once. However, if a student does
not pass the examination the
first time, he or she is eligible to retake the CUSAT
as many times as it is offered
again, until such time as he is eligible for admission.
