SOUVENIRS
Souvenirs Committee is expected to generate highly creative Ideas and Implement them. All should be in line with Souvenirs. The least we expect include Stickers, Jotters and files. The items should be at a much reduced cost to the level at which every member of the College can afford it and the Committee may even decide to give it out for free.

Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony is expected to hold at the Basket Ball Court, we expect to see high -Tech creative displays. It will be an interactive event and songs, drama, comedy and so many other things are expected.
All presentation must have the special Tech-effect attached to them and the event is expected to be a red event. We also expect to see the venue painted red.Faculty and Staff are to be invited for the event. Students from other Colleges can also be present. Work should be done on possible refreshment. The plan on ground is to get Students or Outsiders to come in and sell things like Suya, Kilichi, Shawama and others. The Committee also need to work on getting Sponsors for the event. Possible Companies to Contact include: Peak Milk, Lever Brothers, Cowbell, Indomie, CWAY Producers, and Coca-Cola etc.

DINNER

The Dinner is expected to be a very colorful event. It will hold at the new Cafeteria or Canaan Land Restaurant. It’s an evening event and work must be done to see that the event holds within the normal time agreed on by the Committee.
Some Parents can be called in to witness the event but on Invitation. The Parents called in will act as the Fathers and Mothers of the day. Work should be done on getting tickets ready for the event and a reasonable price should be agreed on by the Committee for the Dinner. The Committee will need to arrange for the food production and options must be available. We also expect to see assorted drinks at the event in a way in which each person attending will have at least a bottle to take.
The Dress Code for the event should be CU Compliant.

SALES
Ideas should be generated on how the Sales team will cover the whole University Environment. That in clued the Staff quarters, Students hall of residence, Colleges and all other areas of the University.
The Sales team will collect some Items from the Souvenirs Committee that includes Jotters, Biros, and Files etc. The materials are to be sold at an agreed price by the committee. It should be noted that the sales work is a voluntary on to the College.
Ideas can also be generated on things that can be on Sale to create awareness for the event.
Work should be done on implementing the Ideas (Sales of fruits is a sample of the such Ideas).
The Sales Committee is expected to inform the Committee Chairman of every action and ensure that the due process is strictly followed.
Decorations

The team is to ensure the Red effect is in control in the whole environment
We expect very creative display of decorating materials round the Campus, streetlights, and cafeteria, Notice Boards, Chapel …
We also expect that all the Students in the University will be provided with Special Ribbons of Colour Red, to associate with the week.
We expect to see the CST building and venues of events being decorated wonderfully
The Committee head is expected to submit a detailed plan of how the decoration theme will perform and the prices of all materials needed within 48 hours from appointment.
