AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:
1. VALUATION:
Determining the worth of classes of properties for all purposes including mortgage, insurance, compensation, rental, sale/purchase, probate, prospectus, company balance sheets, et cetera

2. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Selection of tenants, enforcement of the terms of the leases, revision of the rents and terms of the leases, ejecting defaulting tenants, periodic inspection of properties to detect dilapidation and arresting such dilapidation through repair/maintenance works so as to give the tenants/landlords value for their investments.

3. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY: Preparing feasibility and viability appraisal of development projects; determining the highest and best use for a site that is ripe for development or re-development; advising on ground rent, premium and other terms of a development lease; securing the optimal use of land and its associated resources to meet social and economic needs; and determining the economic use of land resources.

4. ESTATE AGENCY: Representing landlords/tenants in the letting/leasing, and the vendor/purchasers in the sale/purchase or acquisition of real estates.

5. TRANSPORTATION VALUATION & CONSULTANCY: Advising on the feasibility and viability of investment in modes of transportation, costing of trips of vehicles on hire; warehousing and inter-modal networking
