AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:

VALUATION: Estimating the worth of all types of properties for all purposes such as sale/purchase, probate compensation, mortgage, insurance, rental, balance sheet, merger etc.

AGENCY: Acting on behalf of both the landlords and tenants in the issue of letting or leasing of a vacant apartments and also the vendor and vendee in the sale or purchase of different types of real property estates including assisting in the perfection of the titles of such estates

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Acting on behalf of the landlord in negotiation of the terms of a new lease, enforcement of such terms on behalf of the lessors with defaulting tenants, collection of rents, revision of rents, periodic inspection of properties with a view to detecting dilapidation and rectification of such defects if there is any through repair/maintenance with a view to giving both the lessees and the lessors value for their monies

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY: Preparing feasibility and viability appraisal for proposed development projects with a view to determining how viable and possible such projects are ; determining the highest and best use for any site that is ripe for development/redevelopment; determining the economic use of land resources etc.

RESEARCH INTEREST
1. Research into the causes of Valuation Inaccuracies and Inconsistencies in Nigeria.

2. Research into the valuers Behaviuor and the resultant effects on the Valuation Figures in Nigeria.

3. Environmental effects such as flooding and erosions on properties values in Nigeria.

CURRENT TEACHING AREAS
My current teaching areas include: Valuation, Rating and Taxation , Agricultural Production, Arbitration and Award, Comparative Land Policies .
