Objectives:
Development of novel bioinformatics methods, tools,
and systems to biological research especially as it
applies to common infectious diseases in Africa and
more particularly Malaria (Plasmodium falciparum).
Application of sequence analysis methods and other
computational tools to the experimental projects.
Collaboration with world class experimental
researchers worldwide.
