complexity and computational molecular biology, with

On the tRNA Structures using the graph
theory methods

Derivation of a gene network from gene
expression data with a particular focus on
applications related to malaria and development of
further dry/wet laboratory tools to stream
down/validate thousands of proteins identified in
the P. falciparum genome as new drugs or vaccine
targets. (This is the work, I will be completing
during my research visit to DKFZ, Heidelberg,
Germany).
