Philosophy

The philosophy of the department is centered around producing adequate and efficient manpower in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) particularly in software engineering and the emerging field of e-commerce.

The programme has a good blend of management and science; it is designed to solve the immediate needs of the society. The graduates would fit perfectly well into the knowledge based economy either as a player or a contributor as well as being readily employable.
