WELCOME TO THE SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE:

I welcome you to the school of Architecture in Covenant University. During the 2005 Accreditation, the department achieved a Full Accreditation rating of the National University Commission (NUC). This is the highest attainable rating. The school has a very creative and quality environment which promotes serious academic excellence. We run a (4 year + 2 year) two tier degree system leading to the award of a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Architecture. In covenant School of Architecture we are poised to raising a new generation of creative architects to undertake innovative design ultilising the most current technology, to resolve both man’s immediate environmental needs as well as the larger society. We combine both intensive practical experiences with strong academic training of our architects. The department sees research, consultancy and practice as an integral whole and teaching as mutually supportive. The School of Architecture is located strategically on the pent floor of the College of Science and Technology building.
