Research Activities
Alaba Simpson has been personally involved in community-based, market, social
and ethnographic research. She has personally carried out research on diverse
subjects in the Southern, Western and Northern parts of Nigeria. Other areas
covered in her research activities include Ghana, Republic of Benin and Jamaica.
Areas of research activities
which are mostly participatory include Gender, health, children and adolescent
studies (including problems related to girl-drop out rates in secondary
schools).
