PROFILE:
Owolabi Fadeke Esther (Mrs) is currently a lecturer at the
Dept. of Policy and Strategic Studies Covenant University
Ota. At the same institution she is also undergoing her PhD
studies. She obtained her Masters degree in Political
Science from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. Equally,
she obtained her first degree in Political Science from the
University of Jos, Plateau State, and a National Diploma in
Local Government Administration from Benue State Polytechnic
Ugbokolo, Benue State.
She teaches Political Analysis, Developmental
Administration, Public Enterprise Intergovernmental
Relations and Introduction to Local Government
Administration.
She is an academic adviser to the 200 and 100 level
Political Science students.
She participated in both national and international
workshops and fellowship programs, among which are CODESRIA
2001 Session of Gender Institute and the Centre for
Democracy and Development (CDD) Lagos and the Centre for the
Study of Developing Societies (CSDS) New Delhi 2001 exchange
program.
Her area of academic interest includes: Federalism, Gender,
Governance and Democracy. |
