Anthonia Adenike ADENIJI obtained her B.Sc degree in Business Administration from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and MBA degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile –Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

She had a brief stay in the industry before joining the faculty of Covenant University,Ota, where she now teaches in the department of Business Studies. She presently teaches Human Resource Courses and principles of management in the department.

Her professional affiliations include membership of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Administrations (CIA).

Her research interests are in the area of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She has attended many conferences and workshops in Nigeria.
