A study of the Impact of Culture on Management Practices in Nigeria: A longitudinal focus.
Objective: To identify and test models linking managerial attributes with management effectiveness in organisations over selected time spans.

I took part in data gathering activities in four out of the five organisations involved. I wrote a draft which formed the basis of the tables and general managerial inferences drawn from such tables in the book.
