Mrs Salami is the Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Vice Chancellor. Her job schedule in the Vice-Chancellor’s office include among other things, the effective Management of data in the office and booking of appointments for the Vice Chancellor.

Mrs. Salami is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration.

Before joining Covenant University in February 2004 as a Confidential Secretary to the Dean, College of Human Development, Mrs Salami had worked as a Confidential Secretary at the Institute of Local Government of Nigeria and as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Shonubi Mek-Ind Associates, a firm of Consulting Engineers.

Mrs Salami has attended several Workshops and Conferences on the job. Her hobbies include reading and singing. She is married with children.
