AVAILABLE SERVICES
CUHC provides 24-hour 7-day services as follows:
-General out-patient consulting services for all age groups
-Hospital Admissions when necessary (Private and General wards with a total of 30 beds
- Basic Laboratory services in the area of Microbiology, Hematology and chemical Pathology.
-A Pharmacy, with a store attached, stocks all essential drugs required, supplied most times directly from Pharmaceutical companies.
-CUHC has a well equipped operation theatre where both minor and major surgeries are carried out when the need arises.
-The staff of Covenant University benefit from Gynecological and Obstetric services made available at the Health Centre. Weekly ante-natal clinics are run at the Health Centre and delivery of babies (normal and surgical) are also conducted there.
-The Health Centre has two Ambulances and two drivers for 24-hour emergency services.

HEALTH EDUCATION
Since prevention is better than cure, the medical personnel at the Health Centre use every possible opportunity to educate her patients medically, sometimes one-on-one, some other times through Lectures at the college.

COUNSELING
Some students present with psychological problems which respond only to counseling.
